Marc Miller's Bio

Marc began his career in 1977 after attending the University of Oklahoma on a Track Scholarship. Born in Fort Worth, his family roots are in Texas. His career has spanned over 45 years touching on virtually every aspect of the title insurance industry. In that period of time he has been involved in the startup of two title companies, Texas Title and Capital Title of Texas, as the President and CEO. He was CEO of American Title, a LandAmerica Company from 2000-2003. He also served as Executive Vice President of Allegiance Title and Director of Operations for Legacy Texas Title in Collin County.

Over the last 15 years Marc has been a constant volunteer and leader in causes against child abuse. He served on the board of Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center, two years as Board President and also served on the state board of Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas, finishing his last term at Board President. Marc has been a resident of Dallas for over 35 years. He raised his children in Lake Highlands. His daughter attended SMU on a music scholarship and is in the music industry. His son attended the University of Arkansas and followed Marc into the title business as a commercial escrow officer in Dallas. Marc has three grandchildren.

Michelle Beatty's Bio

Michelle Beatty, an Oklahoma State University graduate, has lived in Texas since 2011 beginning a career in the title industry. In 2013 she joined the Secured Title of Texas team. Michelle’s role with Secured Title of Texas is business development and marketing. Her role and responsibilities include securing commercial and residential business, maintain current clientele, and developing marketing material. She enjoys working with such a strong team that excels in each of their roles favoring one another as a friend. The culture at this company is unique, modeling the tagline, “Service Beyond Expectation”.

Michelle has secured a niche market with farm and ranch clientele. This has mainly been due to the fact that she is an equestrian herself. Growing up, Michelle competed in 3 day eventing and after college started riding cutting horses professionally. In 2005, Michelle competed at the National Cutting Horse Association World Finals and finished Top 15 in the world in her division. Today she rides as a hobby and enjoys having horses in her backyard.

Michelle and her husband, spend time on their 5 acre farm raising chickens, cows, and cultivating a large garden. She is proud of her two step sons’ accomplishments; Both sons are serving our country as United States Marines. The Beatty’s have been members of Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas since 2011. “Have Integrity in all actions and be honest are two parts of the Secured Title of Texas culture statement I embrace every day when I come to work!”

Andi Clark Phillips' Bio

Andi Clark Phillips has four decades of experience in the title industry. She began her career working with her father at a national title company in the North Dallas area, and together they opened a fee attorney office in 1983, and in 1996 opened an independent title company. In 2010 she became President of her family title company, which was eventually acquired by Secured Title of Texas, LLC. She attributes her knowledge and love of the real estate industry to her father’s wisdom, courage and strength.

Customers will find that Andi has a well-deserved reputation in the Commercial and Residential industry for superior service, complete integrity and unmatched strength in her closing skills and knowledge. Her fields of expertise include land, farm and ranch acquisitions, commercial and residential high-rise purchases, condominium and townhome developments, industrial facilities, multifamily complexes, shopping centers, independent adult care and memory care facilities, and one-to-four residential closings ranging from low-income to multimillion-dollar homes. She is also one of the few Texas closers who handle USA forfeiture and seizure closings.

Steering a broad spectrum of transactions ranging up to $50 million, Andi has handled loan closings on interim construction loans, permanent loans, hedge fund loans, SBA loans including 7A’s and 504 debentures, along with refinances and home equity loans.

Andi’s strong will and dedication to serving clients’ needs has transformed the most doubtful customers into loyal ones. Her ability to find solutions to difficult issues is a special talent she brings to the company’s goal of providing “Service Beyond Expectation.”

On the personal side, she spends time with her husband, Doug, fishing, hunting, motorcycling, gardening and enjoying their three young grandchildren.

Kerry Prisock's Bio

Kerry Prisock acts as General Counsel for Secured Title of Texas.

Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in closing commercial and residential transactions in Texas. His experience includes title underwriter, in house legal counsel for a development company, in house legal counsel for one of DFW’s largest residential home builders, as well as sole practitioner focusing on corporate structure, estate planning, eviction defense and foreclosure workouts.

In his role for Secured Title, he serves as the transactional liaison between our escrow officers and the title underwriters that Secured Title represents. His skill sets include approving transactions to close, resolving impediments to closings, document preparation for all Secured Title direct operation closings, and mediating disputes between parties in escrow.

Kerry has a simple philosophy of using his position to get deals closed. His proactive approach to problem solving and his extensive research capability places Secured Title in a unique position to respond when timing is most critical, and parties are at the greatest risk.

A grandfather, father of four and a veteran, Kerry enjoys music and cooking in his spare time.

Autumn Bane's Bio

At Secured Title of Texas, Autumn's role as Senior Vice President and Escrow Operations Manager reflects a deep-seated commitment to excellence in real estate transactions. With a focus on training and development, we have honed a team capable of setting industry benchmarks in client service and communication. Her proficiency in handling both residential and commercial escrow, with a specialization in the investor and wholesale markets, is complemented by a Texas Department of Insurance-certified background of Certified Title Insurance Professional (CTIP) and Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP) designations that, together, are earned by less than 1% of licensed escrow officers in The State of Texas.

Her team thrives on the creation of strong partnerships through unparalleled communication and meticulous attention to each transaction. Her team does not just process files; they immerse themselves in the journey, ensuring every stakeholder is engaged and informed until the final signatures are penned. This client-centric approach, backed by years of experience, has positioned her and Secured Title of Texas as stalwarts in the Texas real estate landscape.

Autumn is the 3rd generation in her family to be engaged in this ever-changing industry. She follows in the steps of her mother and grandmother.

In her spare time, Autumn spends time with her husband, Mark. Together, they like to travel and share their love of the outdoors, hunting and fishing as well as spending time with their six children.
